Mia Scarduzio scored twice to lead Cardinal O’Hara to a 3-0 win over Bonner-Prendergast in Catholic league field hockey action Tuesday.
Maeve Boston also scored, and Lexi Culp handed out two assists. Gianna Travia made three saves in the shutout for the Lions.
Maeve Muldoon made nine saves in goal for the Pandas.
Boys Soccer
Matt Bowes scored twice, and Nate Ominsky added a goal and an assist as Garnet Valley topped Strath Haven, 4-1.
Marple Newtown 3, Penncrest 1 >> Ciaran Corr collected a goal and an assist to lead the Tigers to a victory. Fidel Inglis and Henry Gjergo also scored for Marple.
Girls Volleyball
Erin O’Brien had six assists and seven digs, but Bonner-Prendergast fell to Archbishop Carroll, 3-0.
Abby Lance added eight digs. Omotayo Ogunbiyi (three kills, two blocks) and Keira Henrick (two kills, four blocks) also contributed. The Patriots won by game scores of 25-13, 25-15 and 25-8.
